Is the Wine Room a private event space?
The Wine Room is no longer offered for private events. It is reserved exclusively for large party reservations and operates as part of our regular restaurant service.

What are the fees to make a reservation in the Wine Room?
A $1,500 food and beverage minimum applies to all Wine Room reservations (plus tax and gratuity). There is no minimum guest count required — only the minimum spend. There are no additional room rental fees or deposits.While a deposit is not required to secure the reservation, cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the food and beverage minimum.

How many guests can the Wine Room accommodate?
The Wine Room can host reservations for groups of up to 20 guests. To ensure the highest level of service and a comfortable dining experience for your group, we are not able to accommodate parties larger than 20 in this space.

Will our group order from a special or limited menu?
Guests will enjoy the full Fish Out of Water® dinner menu and order the evening of their reservation.

Are preset or preselected menus available?
We do not offer preset or limited menus. Ordering from the regular menu allows guests to enjoy the full Fish Out of Water® dining experience.

Can décor, entertainment, or audiovisual equipment be arranged?
To maintain the ambiance of the restaurant, additional décor, entertainment, and audiovisual setup are not available. If you would like to bring a celebratory cake, a $3 per person cake fee will apply. Outside wine is permitted with a $25 corkage fee per bottle.

Is there a time limit for the reservation?
There is no set time limit. Your evening will follow the natural pace of dinner service so your group can relax and enjoy the experience.
