Fish Out of Water® private dining capabilities include the Wine Room and Gulf Level. The restaurant does not take reservations, but we have several options for private and semi-private events.

Wine Room
Private area surrounded by an impressive wine cellar
- Completely private room seating for up to thirty-six (36) guests at round tables
- Parties up to twelve (12) guests may order from the full A La Carte menu tableside
- For parties of thirteen (13) or more, a special menu for guests to pre-select items prior is available
- Full bar service is available through FOOWbar as well a world-class inventory of wine
- Reservations may be made for brunch or dinner service
- Minimum purchase required for reservation
Gulf Level
Located on the west side of the main dining room on a raised level with views of the Gulf
- Semi-private area in the main dining room with seating for up to thirty-eight (38) guests
- Seating consists of permanent booths with a mix of smaller round and square tables
- Parties up to twelve (12) guests can order from the full A La Carte menu tableside
- For parties of thirteen (13) or more, a special menu for guests to pre-select items prior is available
- Functions for this area are limited to two (2) hours
- Full bar service is available through FOOWbar as well a world-class inventory of wine
- Reservations may be made for brunch or dinner service
- Minimum purchase required for reservation
