Fish Out of Water® is WaterColor Resorts' signature gulf-front restaurant located along Scenic Highway 30A in Santa Roas Beach,Florida.  Committed to offering high-quality service and cuisine, the restaurant features fresh Gulf seafood, seasonal coastal cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, and breathtaking sunset views.  Fish Out of Water serves lunch and dinner daily, with weekend brunch offered during the peak season from March through July, as well as during select holiday weekends.
